Begin with a small group or 1 on 1
Build your fitness over 4 weeks of small group classes. We’ll teach you the movements, and scale the intensity to ensure you start safely at your level.
- 3 classes per week
- Mon/Wed/Fri at 6:30pm
- Maximum students 10
- Meet new friends and train at your pace
- Get in better shape over 12 classes of progressive training
Work with a coach to personalize you training. You’ll learn the movements and build your fitness at your pace based on your personal needs and ability.
- Options for 45 or 60 minute sessions
- Avg of 2-6 sessions (based on individual assessment during No sweat consult)
- Go at your own pace with a personal program and expert coach
