(next one begins April 1st!)
3. Show up to all Best Beginner classes.
4. Keep showing up to class every single week. No matter what, NEVER stop showing up to class.
Lance is one amazing guy and he’s one of our favorite examples. He hadn’t done CrossFit style workouts before, he didn’t know anyone, and he was nervous.
