On the minute

Do 5 burpees and as many PC&J at 135lbs as possible each minute, until you’ve completed 100 PC&J’s.

As a reminder, I’ll be out of town at a family reunion this weekend, so no class on Saturday. Also, from now on Saturday sessions will be moved from 5pm to 11am.
