At home workout for today (Out of town for the weekend)

Max reps- as many consecutive repeptitions you can complete before muscular failure (notice that doesn’t say “before your legs start to burn and you want to stop”…)

Push ups

Squats

Rest 5 minutes

Then

3 rounds of

70% of push ups completed

75% squats completed
