We offer classes every day during the week:

•  5:30 am
•  6:30 am
•  7:30 am
•  9 am
•  Noon (Tuesday and Thursday)
•  4:30 pm
•  5:30 pm
•  6:30 pm
•  7:30 pm

Crossfit 101: Beginners

• Monday, Tuesday and Thursday @ 6:30 pm

Specialty Classes:

• Yoga: Wednesday @ 7:30 am, Sunday @ 4 pm
• Olympic Lifting: Tuesday, Wednesday @ 6:30 pm, Friday @6 pm, Saturday @ 10 am
• Total Body Conditioning: Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 am


Saturday’s schedule:

•  9 am Beginners Weightlifting
•  10 am: Olympic Lifting
•  11 am: Crossfit
•  Noon – 2 pm: Open Gym


Sunday’s schedule:

•  1 pm – 3 pm: Open Gym

•  4 pm Yoga
