If you need to scale weights be sure you have an idea what weights you intend to use. You will have some practice/warm up time in between heats but be prepared so we can stay on schedule. There will be a brief movement standards meeting for athletes and judges before each event, if you have any questions that will be the time to ask them. Don’t forget judges meeting at 9:45am, athletes briefing at 9:55am. If you have folding or camp chairs and would like to bring them to spectate that would be a great idea. It’s going to be a fun day!
