We Appreciate Our Members! Thank you, Hannah!

Hannah joined CFBR in August of 2013 and she wrote us the sweetest email and I wanted to share it with all of you!  We appreciate our members so very much, and we thank you for making our job so wonderful!


“Dear CFBR Coaches,

I wanted to be sure you all saw this and I just want to say thank you. When I started crossfit in August 2013 I knew it was going to be a challenge. I’ve always been the person who typically goofs off in work-outs and never took myself or them too seriously. I knew things were going to be different at crossfit, and I cannot thank you enough for it.

Since I started, I’ve really put myself into this as much as I’ve really ever done something. This is an amazing program and I have nothing but nice things to say about it and all of you. I feel so motivated every time I come. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for your help, guidance and support.

I don’t often weigh myself, I’ve always found it somewhat defeating. However, I was sick this past week and went to the doctor. When I was weighed there, I realized that I have lost 13lbs since starting in August. I couldn’t believe it — and it’s all thanks to each of you. I feel more motivated than ever. I look forward to building a stronger mind and body through crossfit and I’m thankful to each and every one of you for helping me get healthier in 2014.
