Coach Shannon and Coach Jessi will be competing this weekend at the American Open in Washington, D.C.

Jessi will lifting between 7:00am – 9:00am and Shannon will be lifting 11:30 – 1:30pm.

We are very excited for them as this is their very first year competing at the National Level!
