New Offerings! Upcoming Changes!

Good news everyone! The locker rooms are nearly finished! We thank you for your patience through this process and hope you love all the new additions.

As the construction comes to a close I wanted to take the time to talk about some of the changes that will take place. The new upper room will become the main entrance for the gym and member area. The main room will be reorganized into the weightlifting and main class space. As the last equipment orders are fulfilled we will begin to make use of the outdoor terrace for some classes as weather and programming permits! This will all come together in the next couple of weeks.

But that’s not all! You may have noticed our expanded Olympic lifting program is now 4 days per week as well as our 5 day per week competitor program. Our goal has always been to create the best training facility, with the most helpful knowledgeable coaches, and create a fun supportive community for a truly unique and world class gym. Toward that end we have implemented a rigorous continuing education program for all of our coaching staff to keep them at the forefront of the health and fitness world. We will bring in guest speakers in fields ranging from gymnastics to nutrition to continue to raise our coaching game and broaden our knowledge to continue to offer you world class training.
We are adding a skill/mobility class Saturday at 1pm! This class will focus on improving gymnastic skills and lots of mobility/foam rolling. Everyone should participate in this class! In addition your coaches will be able to provide you with general accessory programs that we have used with great success in specific areas including back strength, pull ups, push ups, squat, and core strength. These programs will help strengthen your weaknesses and provide additional skill work and a structured program to use during open gym.

As of July 6th, new member options and pricing will be changing to account for the increased operational costs and encourage participation in what we’ve seen provide the best results. We will now encourage all new members to participate in training 3-5 days per week, through our experience we have seen this provide the most consistent positive results in weight loss and fitness improvement. We will also encourage a 3 month commitment as new members start their fitness journey. We know they will love our gym, our community, and our programs, but commitment to put in the work is essential. We will also begin allowing anyone interested in joining our awesome community to drop in to any class or program to give it a try, no more Intro class. If you have a friend who might be interested encourage them to find a class that fits their schedule! We encourage novices to drop in to one of our evening 101 classes before diving in head first!

Beginning August, current members will see a change in Level 1 and Level 2 memberships. Saturday class at 11am will no longer be a free class, however as a thank you for being part of our community through the long expansion process we will be adding an extra class each week to your membership. You can use this class to sign up for the Saturday class, or any other classes throughout the week. Also membership prices for as long as you remain at your current level will not change! If you decide to upgrade after August 1st the new membership rates will apply, so upgrade now and lock in a lower rate! However, due to the increased number of security breaches at major retailers and the issues with cancelled credit cards we will be switching to bank debit. This will allow us to reduce costs maintain your current membership rates with the increased operational costs associated with the improved facilities. We will need a voided check in order to make the switch on your account, so please bring that in with you as soon as possible. Accounts that do not switch to bank debit will have a $10 increase in their membership fees each month, so please switch! We will also need to add sales tax on retail purchases such as t-shirts and waters, this change will also take place beginning August 1st.

We greatly appreciate each and every one of you for being part of our gym and our incredible community. We want to know any suggestions you have to help us continue to make our gym an incredible place to be.
