Shannon and Jessi competed this weekend at the Iron Egg Autumn Classic Weight Lifting Meet in Lansing, Michigan.

Shannon and Jessi both went 2 for 3 in the clean and jerk. Jessi hit 89kg, 195.8, for a meet total of 157kg! Shannon hit 93kg, 205, for a meet total of 167kg! Both exceeding the qualifying total for the American Open and KILLING their previous meet lifts. Shannon took home 1st place and Jessi took home second place in their weight class (63kg).  I’m one proud Coach.
