It’s harder than it sounds, but it’s a key to success in anything that requires patience, resilience, and adaptation through struggle. There will always be things that get in the way, something that didn’t work out perfectly, failures, setbacks, naysayers, and even your own self doubt.

This means 0 energy spent worrying about last week, 0 energy worried about tomorrow, 0 energy on someone who cut you off driving, 0 energy on someone else’s failures, 0 energy on your failures, 0 energy on what you can’t control.

100% of your energy is focus on now. What you can do to better yourself, to be happier, to help each other, to love the process, and to set yourself up for success.

Don’t be paralyzed by self doubt. It will either work out or it will be a learning experience. You’ll survive and be better off either way but you’ll be in the same spot if you do nothing at all.

Surround yourself with those who have 100% confidence in themselves and in you. The support of others and the energy they put into their pursuits is contagious.
