As most of you know this weekend is the Central East Regional Qualifier for the Crossfit Games, and I will be competing so unfortunately all classes will be cancelled Friday and this weekend. Registration starts very early Friday morning and the competition will start with the Teams, then the individual female competitors, and finally the indivudual male competitors. Here is a link to the live document with heat assignments and event times for those interested in keeping tabs on how things are going. I’m not sure if they’ll post the times/scores on this document but they did say they would be “updating” the document over the course of the weekend so I’d assume that’s what it means.
