Member Appreciation – Megan!

We at CFBR can’t thank our members enough for being AMAZING human beings! Thank you, Megan for your sweet words!
“I just want to drop a line and say thank you. Since nervously joining CFBR I never felt more at home since being a college athlete. I get the same feeling at CFBR I had in the weight room with my teammates: being around people who “get it” and are looking to challenge themselves mentally and physically in ways others may be too afraid. Since leaving the world of being an athlete, I kind of floated around, imbibing in habits that weren’t too great for me and my body, feeling like my days of athleticism were far, far behind me compounded by an “I can’t” attitude. I am no longer seeking something to fill the void of the camaraderie, support, and physical challenges that ended with my college career since joining CFBR. I now bear the “I can, and I will” attitude.
In three short months I’ve already seen incredible improvements to my physical self, losing about 25 lbs and just feeling incredible. I am so excited to see where 2015 takes me. What I’ve accomplished thus far, and what I hope to accomplish are not only a product of my determination, but also in larger part the environment of CFBR, its coaches, and its members. I’m eternally grateful for that! It has changed my life for the better.
