Today we’ll be at the INshape booth (east/right of the grandstands) at the Sate Fair from 2:30pm to 3pm so if you’re free you should come out and help us put on a rockin demonstration! Let me know ASAP if you can make it so I can get you a free ticket.

Also, this Saturday we’ll be back at the Fair for the First Lady’s walk to promote ForgedFit and hand out info. The walk starts at 9am. I’ll provide more details when I get them.
