Active Rest

Today we are going to be working specifically on our weaknesses. This does not mean skills, per se. We may be spending time PNF stretching our hamstrings, talking about nutrition/rest, or working on technique. Think of things you really suck at (double unders come to mind) and I’ll have a few suggestions for each of you. We’ll hammer them into submission.

Saturdays are fun.
