A special birthday WOD, cause Coach turns 25 today.

25 thrusters 125lbs

25 box jumps 25″ box

25 burpees with 25lb dumbbells

25 suitcase deadlifts 125lbs each arm

25 calories on rower

25 push press 125lbs

Coach, aka Jeff, overhead squatting. Today I will shoot for 25 body weight overhead squats to see if I am indeed getting old. I may have to send that vid off to HQ.
