Team Relay

Split up into 2 person teams

1 team member will run a lap carrying a 20lb medball while the other team member deadlifts 185lbs as many reps as possible before having to switch. In order to switch runners, you must pass the ball by doing 15 rotational throws for each partner (distance no less than 10 feet). If the ball is dropped the penalty is 10 wallball shots for the person who dropped, and 10 burpees for the teammate. Time for the workout is 20 minutes.

Scored as rounds completed in 20 minutes and total deadlifts completed.

The boys are blurry, but I managed to catch Christine’s icy stare!
