Matt Blas qualified for University Nationals this past weekend at the State Olympic Lifting Meet with a qualifying total of 183kg in the 69kg class! In less than a year, Head Coach, Jeff Edwards has sent three athletes to Nationals!

Everything from making sure I’m eating enough calories, sleeping enough, or just providing the team with some damn good programming.
