OHS Challenge

The perfect measure of elite athleticism, and competince in the 10 domains of fitness, is the overhead squat. It’s as hard as any movement gets, and nothing strengthens your core like the OHS.

It’s been said by many great coaches that if you can OHS your body weight for 15 reps, you are elite. Today, we are going to take on this measure of elite fitness. If we can’t squat body weight, then we’ll do 95lbs for reps.
