Transformation Tuesday: Megs!

Our #transformationtuesday shoutout goes out to Megs! She has been participating in our August F5 Challenge and has been really adamantly following her macros and tracking everything. Even with a shoulder injury she has been seeing tons of progress!

“I’m back in my size 4s without any struggle, and I’m feeling good on the gym – like last night’s 2 rep max back squat PR at 215! Woo!!

This challenge is really helping me with this injury. Not being able to go as prescribed during the workouts is tough, but knowing that my clothes are fitting better while I can’t go as hard as I want is motivating.”
